FOREST FLOOR MULCH
Forest Floor Mulch is made from the scraps of a variety of trees and branches. It is a basic ground cover commonly used when needing to cover a very large area as it is the most cost-effective. It performs as other mulches do as it aids in weed suppression and water retention.
FOREST FLOOR FINES
Forest floor fines are small wood particles used as a component in soil mixes to increase soil structure and improve drainage.
STONEWOOD CHIPS
These organic wood chips are engineered to meet Caltrans Specification # 20-5.03E(2)(c) for Wood Chip Mulch. Stonewood chips are large hardwood chips that last longer and can survive more wet seasons than softwoods.
GORILLA HAIR
Gorilla hair is double grind shredded redwood bark, fibrous and fuzzy in nature, soft in appearance and rich in color. It seems to hold together better along minor slopes and hillsides.
WALK ON BARK
Walk-On Bark is derived from raw fir bark and is ground and screened to size. The particle sizes range from 1″- 4″. With its natural reddish-brown color, Walk on Bark is a premium product to enhance any planted area.
SMALL NUGGETS
Small Deco Bark is a 100% virgin forest product, derived from Douglas and Red Fir. Small Bark Nuggets are screened to a consistent .75” to 1.5” in size. With its natural reddish-brown color, Small Bark Nuggets are a premium product to enhance any planted area.
RECYCLED BROWN BARK
Made from recycled wood products, these screened barks are an excellent choice for weed control and moisture retention in your soil. They are also esthetically pleasing and often used for decorative purposes. We carry recycled bark in brown, mahogany, and black.
